At 53Biologics, we continue to advance our commitment to innovation and operational excellence. We have done it with the implementation of a novel flexible and automated small-volume fill & finish line. This project has been funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and supported by CDTI.
This new infrastructure strengthens our aseptic Fill & Finish capabilities. It enable us to better meet the specific needs of our clients, particularly in clinical trials, orphan drugs and advanced therapies, where production volumes are smaller but technical requirements are highly demanding.
The automation and flexibility of this line allow us to enhance operational efficiency, reduce production timelines and ensure the highest quality standards under GMP compliance. In addition, this investment reinforces our ability to provide integrated solutions, from development to Drug Product manufacturing, helping accelerate the delivery of innovative therapies to patients.
This project reflects our commitment to technological innovation, sustainability and the strengthening of the European biotech ecosystem. It is also fully aligned with the strategic goals of transformation and recovery promoted by the European Union.
En 53Biologics seguimos avanzando en nuestro compromiso con la innovación y la excelencia operativa. Esto se debe a la puesta en marcha de una novedosa línea de llenado automatizada y flexible para pequeños volúmenes. Este proyecto ha sido financiado por la Unión Europea – Next Generation EU, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, y subvencionado por el CDTI.
Esta nueva infraestructura refuerza nuestras capacidades de Fill & Finish aséptico. Nos permite adaptarnos con mayor precisión a las necesidades de nuestros clientes, especialmente en proyectos de ensayos clínicos, medicamentos huérfanos y terapias avanzadas, donde los volúmenes son reducidos pero la exigencia técnica es máxima.
La automatización y flexibilidad de esta línea nos permiten mejorar la eficiencia operativa, reducir tiempos de producción y garantizar los más altos estándares de calidad bajo normativa GMP. Además, esta inversión fortalece nuestra capacidad para ofrecer soluciones integrales, desde el desarrollo hasta la fabricación de Drug Product, contribuyendo a acelerar la llegada de nuevos tratamientos al paciente.
